General Practitioner

Dr Leilani Corbett is a qualified general practitioner and experienced in many aspects of general practice including chronic disease management, skin cancer medicine, travel medicine and sexual health. She prefers to take a holistic approach to medicine and is passionate about the benefits of mindfulness meditation. Dr Corbett is dedicated to providing care to children and their families and has furthered her interest in Paediatrics with a Diploma in Child Health and is an accredited Neuroprotective Developmental Care practitioner (Possums programs). Prior to undertaking general practitioner training, she trained in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (completing a DRANZCOG Adv.). She is competent in the insertion of all contraceptive devices including intrauterine devices. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, walking the dog and spending time with her family. Dr Corbett is currently on maternity leave and will be returning to practice in early 2020.
