Hand Over Heart: The Power of Self-Compassion
In this video, we discuss the meaning of self-compassion and how to practice this deep kindness with ourselves. It is especially important to practice self-compassion at times of pain, distress or exhaustion, which tend to often happen when you’re the parent of a new baby. When we know how to be kind to ourselves it also provides wonderful long-term benefits to our baby.
